DESCRIPTION
- A very delicate and refined Balm that combines the natural extract of Umbrian black truffle with the cooked grape must left to mature in wooden barrels. It has an aromatic flavor without being too pungent, it can be used as a substitute for truffle flakes or together with it to strengthen its unmistakable fragrance.
- Ingredients: Rectified grape must, black truffle aroma, wine vinegar. Contains residual sulphites.
Tasting tips : Very good on risotto, in small drops on fresh and aged cheeses, on meat stews and potato crepes, fried ravioli, pheasant, lamb and pigeon, quail eggs, tagliata, valerian salads with Parmesan flakes, montblanc.
