Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed immediately. Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on the availability of the Vendor.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed depending on the delivery method you choose. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Express delivery -Delivery time may vary depending on the store timing. If the order is placed after the store working time, order will be delivered in the next working hours. Eg: If customer place the order at 7PM and the seller has already closed his store/warehouse, then order will be delivered next working hours

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and you can start tracking from the mobile app.

Damages

freshpikk.com is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Bahrain.
