DESCRIPTION
The Bianchetti truffle is a very wide-spread variety in Italy. Blended in oil or butter, it reveals qualities and flavours similar to that of the white truffle.
Ingredients: Bianchetti truffles (Tuber Albidum Pico), full-cream milk, salt, antioxidant: E300, E301, E330.
Cook with talent: To enjoy this purée simply add oil, salt and pepper and a bit of garlic. For a taste of perfection, you may flavour with a little dry white wine or a drop of truffle aromatic concentrate.
